If your Mosquito Magnet is in warranty, please call 1-800-953-5737 for an RGA number to be used at any service center for in-warranty repair
(1-year from date of purchase)
OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR
If your Mosquito Magnet Defender, Patriot, Liberty, Liberty Plus, Independence, or Executive is over 1-year old you may obtain repair service from our company for a minimal diagnostic fee.

Please fill out the service request form, and return the power head with the form enclosed inside the box.
We recommend having your unit properly packaged to ensure safe shipment to us. We recommend insuring your package and using a
service such as the UPS Store or FedEx Kinko's. Once we have received your Mosquito Magnet power head we will begin servicing your
unit and updating you by email or phone. You may contact us at any time by calling 1-877-409-1618
Repair costs in addition to the diagnostic fee can range from $0 to $125, in rare cases repair costs may exceed $125.
On average additional repair charges will range from $0 - $45.

SERVICES PERFORMED - Each unit will have at minimum
Full system cleaning (Internal and External)
Complete air flow and vacuum performance check
Gas pressure / flow check
Gas leak check
CO2 loss check
Plus a circuit board diagnostic check
Repair Policies
Every unit we repair is tested for 24 - 48 hours prior to returning to the customer. Once a unit is repaired and you still experience problems with the unit we guarantee our work based on the following scale.
UNIT FAILS:
Less than 2 Weeks after repair
We will cover return shipping to us and labor if it is not a new issue
2 - 4 Weeks after repair
We will cover labor
1 Month - 4 Months
We will warranty any parts that we replaced that have failed up to four months from repair
